- $165 a night plus Hawaii taxes 11.25% (4% excise tax and 7.25% TA tax). Minimum two night stay.
- The house is designed for two, but sleeps up to four adults. A charge of $50 per each additional guest per night.
- 50% deposit is required within 10 days to secure your reservation.
- To receive a full refund of deposit (less $50 booking fee) cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days unless unit can be booked.
